The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission mandates 24 areas of study for the Pre-License Course.
Once you enroll in a course, you have up to 6 (six) months to complete. If you don’t complete the course in 6 (six) months, you will have to retake the course.
Once you have paid for the course, you will gain access to the online course material in the member’s only area of this website. You will create a user name and password to log in and out of online training course.
To successfully complete this course, you must read each chapter and each chapter has a test that you must pass with a score of 80% or higher. You can only proceed to the next chapter after each successful completion of a chapter.
There are 11 (eleven) chapters of “Additional Study Material” throughout the course. At the end of these chapters are test questions and word matching to pass with a score of 80% or higher before proceeding.
After reading and passing all chapters, you will take 3 (three) practice tests, passing each with a score of 80% or higher to proceed.
